having back probs. and when i met the doc he said it's only a muscle strain. haha. and now i cant go for TRACK AND FIELD and CAN'T

at the bus stop met WEI ZHONG(sp?) and den we chat, chat, chat until his bus came.
and den i wait, wait, wait until bus no 3 came. it took so looooong man.
